NL: Wanneer je heel flexibel bent of wanneer je start met meditatie kun je je wellicht afvragen: heb ik echt een meditatiekussen nodig? Vaak is het antwoord nee, maar helaas is dit in de meeste gevallen niet heel gegrond. Veel mensen krijgen, hoe flexibel ook, last van hun onderrug door een foute houding, óf benen en voeten beginnen te prikken, door de bloedstroom die niet soepel verloopt. Slechts 0.1% van de mensen die mediteert kan ook daadwerkelijk plat op de grond zitten, zonder problemen. Een meditatiekussen tilt je bekken iets van de vloer, waardoor je je natuurlijke houding behoudt. Soms is die 5 cm net genoeg, soms heb je toch net wat meer ondersteuning nodig, dat bepaal jij! Linnen komt van de vlasplant, samen met Hennep de beste keuze, wanneer het om natuurlijke stoffen gaat. Vlas groeit in Europa, zonder moeite. Een beetje zon, een beetje regen en de plant doet het geweldig. Kunstmest is niet nodig, water irrigatie overbodig. Vlas groeit snel, is biologisch afbreekbaar en ieder deel van de plant kan gebruikt worden.
