NL: Een extra laag meditatiekussen brengt comfort wanneer je vrij flexibel bent. Het geeft net dat beetje ondersteuning voor de onderrug. Om de natuurlijke S-vorm van de ruggengraat te behouden is er meer nodig dan flexibel in de heupen zijn, maar zeer weinig mensen zitten goed, zonder enige verhoging. Een 5 cm hoog kussen lift het bekken iets, waardoor de onderrug ontspant en de bloedstroom kan blijven stromen. Hiermee voorkom je dus niet enkel dat de rug zicht bolt, maar ook tintelende en slapende benen en voeten!
