Cindy was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process!! I live in a deserted place just outside of rome so we had some troubles with the delivery address, which caused a delay and then eventually the order got cancelled. Cindy prepared and sent a NEW set before the old one was even sent back which I found insanely nice of her 😀 I found her way of communicating extremely wholesome and really made me feel cared for. Finally the meditation set…..I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and its just perfect, the quality is supreme and I’m really looking forward to using it, as Cindy mentioned, throughout my “mindfulness journey”.
